Can I order from outside
the UK?

Yes, please order in the normal
way, since we process your credit card manually
we will calculate a shipping cost based on
your destination and advise.

Is there a minimum order
charge?
A.
No, there is no minimum order
value although the more you order the more
it will save you on postage. Our postage charges
are based on consignment weight.
Q.
How long does delivery
take?
A.
This does depend on your location
and the items which you have ordered. Items
which we have in stock are generally despatched
within 2 days of your order being received.
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail first
class post and will generally arrive to mainland
UK destinations within 2-3 days after posting.
Larger items will be despatched by courier
and will generally arrive next working day
after your order has been despatched within
mainland UK. Items sent via courier will require
a signature upon delivery of the parcel. For
items which we do not currently hold in stock
please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If
in the unlikely event there are any problems
fulfilling you order due to supplier problems
We will of course contact you by email or
phone to inform you of the situation.

Can I return items?

Yes, we accept returns provided
it is within 14 days from the date of order
and the items are returned to us in their
original condition and unopened packaging.
We reserve the right to make a nominal re-stocking
charge on some items.

Are all your items available
to buy online?

No, we have more items for
sale through the shop that can be ordered
by telephone. As time goes on we will be adding
more and more items to the website but due
to time constraints we are starting with the
most popular items. If you cannot see what
